Place Your Order
Place your order online, by fax, or with the assistance of a service representative when you call our toll free number during normal business hours.
Figure Shipping Cost and Arrival Times
In-stock items will generally ship within 24 hours or the next business day. Custom orders will ship immediately upon completion and as per stated terms.
Shipments will be UPS ground unless indicated otherwise. Expedited shipping is available with an upgraded shipping cost. Oversize and large items require special shipping or truck delivery. Contact us for exact shipping amount.

Established Net 30 Account - Available to school and organizations with approved application (contact us for credit application)
School Purchase Order - Properly executed purchase orders must include an authorized signature, contact person and phone number. Terms must not exceed net 30. Late charges apply.
Know Sizes
Specific size charts are available for most all items upon request. We adhere to industry standards for sizing. Sizes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
A service representative will be able to guide you with specifics. Minimum requirements for size information would be the sex, age, height and weight of the user.

Oversize & Minimums
No minimum on in-stock items! We will ship small quantities however, an additional cost may be assessed. Custom sewn items will always have a quantity/cost structure. Quantity discounts may apply.
Larger sizes of in-stock and custom items will levy an additional cost to cover material and labor cost. (Oversize assessments generally begin at 2XL and may be graduated for each size increment.) See Size Charts.

Return Policy
Hassle Free Exchange & Return! No restocking fees or minimum charges apply to any exchange of in-stock products for 14 days after shipping! To assure that a return is received in the proper location and that the return is properly credited to your account, it is always necessary to obtain a "Return Authorization" in advance of the return. Return Authorization Numbers (RA#) can be issued during normal business hours from a customer service representative.
Collections
Although we make every effort to be understanding of your situation it is always necessary to meet our obligations to our suppliers in a timely manner. A mishap on your part does have a financial consequence and we must pass this cost on to you.
Returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 fee and must be paid with a money order or cashiers check. Unpaid balances will be assessed a 1.5% compounding charge on any unpaid balance. An additional charge may be assessed to cover the cost of collections for ages accounts including reasonable attorney fees.
Schools, School Boards and Not-for-Profits Organizations are not exempt from collection charges or unpaid balance assessments.
Claims
It is important for you to check your shipment immediately upon receipt. Shipping damages require that YOU file a claim with the carriers within 10 days for any damaged merchandise.
Any shortages of product should be reported to us within 72 hours. Be aware that your order may ship from multiple warehouses and may arrive on different days.
